Instead of hauling full-size empty drums back to a central crusher, this towable hydraulic drum crusher allows users to bring the crushing equipment directly to the drums. Fast Hydraulic Drum CrushingThe fully automatic crushing cycle completes crush and retract operation in approximately 25 seconds, reducing empty drum volume down to about 6 inches high. This helps save storage space, reduce handling time, and improve transport efficiency after drums are compacted. Gas Powered Mobile DesignA 570cc Briggs & Stratton gasoline engine powers the hydraulic system, making the unit practical for locations where electrical service is unavailable. The integral trailer includes tail and brake lights, with power tilt to rotate the crusher between transport and vertical crushing positions. Industrial Safety and DurabilityExterior tension mounted twin cylinders help reduce rod buckling and damage, while an air/oil cooler helps prevent overheating during continuous operation. Stabilizing jacks support the unit during use, and emergency stop controls allow immediate shutdown. This crusher is designed for ribbed drums only and should not be used to crush smooth-walled drums. Do not attempt to crush smooth-walled drums with this machine. Drums must be ribbed to crush properly.
