For those projects remaining in the same location for an extended period of time, a set of eight (8) base plates is included to keep the scaffolding grounded and secured. And for those days when you are on the move, casters are included to make the scaffolding a portable rolling unit! Anytime scaffolding is stacked, the use of an outrigger is required.
