Manual Rotating Carousel Options for Scissor Lift Table Workstations

Manual built-in carousels provide a factory-installed rotating platform option for compatible scissor lift tables, helping operators position pallets, boxes, crates, and work-in-process loads without repeatedly walking around the table. The flush mounted carousel rotates 360 degrees, supporting faster access to all sides of the load during assembly, packaging, inspection, and material handling tasks.

360 Degree Manual Rotation

The manual carousel design allows loads to be turned smoothly by hand for improved ergonomic access and workflow efficiency. By rotating the load instead of repositioning the operator, facilities can reduce unnecessary reaching, stepping, and handling during repetitive workstation applications.

Lift Table Compatibility

This family includes factory-installed carousel options for EHLT, EHLTD, EHLTX, PST, and AHLT series scissor lift tables. The option is available with new lift table purchases only and requires a minimum 48 inch x 48 inch platform size.

Capacity and Application Details

The standard carousel has a 45 inch diameter, supports up to 4,000 lb. capacity, and adds approximately 1 inch to the scissor table service range. Other carousel sizes may be available for applications requiring different platform layouts or load positioning needs.
